Cara O’Loughlin

Welcome to my hub for all things Intuitive Living. I am a life coach specifying in food and body freedom from disordered eating. I offer one to one coaching to individuals, schools, workplace and group settings on how to heal one’s relationship with food and their body.

I am also a highly experienced yoga instructor of 15 years and run weekly classes, private sessions and monthly yoga and hiking mini day retreats from Greystones and Bray.

My personal journal has taught me so much along the way and I feel my life’s mission is to empower others to live the life they were meant to live and the life they want to live!

Throughout the year I host a number of very popular one day mini retreats, weekend retreats, events and educational talks. See details of upcoming events below. These book up fast so early booking is advised.
